Aiki Juku Chesterfield dojo is a member of the Aiki Juku Kai. The Aiki Juku Kai is an association based in Geneva, Switzerland. Aikido is a martial art that was created by Morihei Ueshiba. It is a series of fluid and continuous movements, in which all the rigor and realism of fighting are present. The person that attacks is guided by a projection or an immobilization to a place where there is no danger. There is no kicking, no punching and no competition in Aikido. This martial art is not based on strength and can be practiced by men, women and children of all ages.
